Andrea Zúñiga is a strategist, builder, and creative thinker working at the intersection of customer experience, innovation, and digital transformation.

Born in Venezuela and now based between Chicago, Miami, and New York, Andrea has spent more than a decade helping organizations turn complex challenges into clear paths forward. Her work sits where human insight meets business strategy—designing products, services, and digital ecosystems that create meaningful experiences and measurable growth.

Throughout her career, Andrea has led high-impact initiatives for global organizations including Google, Disney, Delta Airlines, Pfizer, Verizon, and SC Johnson, guiding cross-functional teams through moments of transformation—from early discovery and research to future-state strategy and product innovation.

She is known for her ability to bring clarity to complexity. Whether working with executive leaders, product teams, or creative collaborators, Andrea translates messy inputs into frameworks, strategies, and roadmaps that teams can rally around and execute.

MAZZ was created as a natural extension of this work: a platform to bring together strategy, creative experimentation, and entrepreneurial thinking to help brands and founders build what’s next.
